Hello SLA-St. Louis Family,

As we come to the close of another season, I would like to take a moment to reflect on all we’ve accomplished together—first of all...

“WE SURVIVED!”

It has been a challenging season for many of us in the industry, both physically and financially. My Grandpa Jackson used to tell me, “When the going gets tough—the tough get going!” In spite of all the rain, bad weather, crazy economy and hardships we managed to continue fundraising for scholarships. We signed up a few memberships while supporting one another along the way.

I am so honored to have served this fine club as your president. Thank you to all that have sponsored or pitched in to raise money for our scholarship program. Thank you for a very successful and meaningful year. I am incredibly proud of the family we have built. Here’s to next year, bigger and better, perfect weather and a greater economy (this is my prayer)

Let’s finish off this year with a grand finale “Winter Wonderland” Banquet and Ball along with the installation of my friend Becky Bohlander Nieukirk. So please save the date, RSVP and make your reservations.
